Once the goal is established, it is determined through adequate planning what kind of strategies will be carried out to satisfactorily obtain what is proposed.

The "intermediate" period can be relative, since for a certain individual this period may not mean the same as for another, but in general, this interval usually comprises a few months, without exceeding a year.
