One-hundredth Constitutional Amendment, 2015
The amended provisions of the constitution through the 100th Constitutional Amendment-
Acquisition of certain territories by India and transfer of some other territories to Bangladesh (through the concept of enclaves and opposite interventions), in compliance with the India-Bangladesh Land Boundary Agreement 1974 and its Protocol 2011. For this purpose, this amended Act amended the provisions of the First Schedule of the Constitution relating to the territories of four states (Assam, West Bengal, Meghalaya, and Tripura).
