When there are many ideas but little action.

When there are many ideas but little action.

Creativity has an influx, sometimes chaotic. When there is a blockage, the person has no ideas or motivation and feels anguish that they are not experiencing that flow.

There are people who have more developed their creative side and who even put it into play in their work. In these cases, creative blocks usually generate great anxiety and stress, because these ideas are needed to perform. This, however, does not always happen, in many cases not being in contact with one's own creative aspects does not imply too much conflict for the person.

We are used in today's society to comply with rules and tasks, moving "automatically", so that sometimes blockages are not even detected or considered a problem.

But what we are going to talk about in this article is not about the lack of connection with the creative, but about the sensation that can be felt when experiencing its tributary.

When the creative awakens, it usually does so as a flow, one occurrence leading to another, images appear, sometimes vivid dreams, and a cycle is set in motion where one empowerment leads to another. This flow can feel like an avalanche, that is, the individual can feel overwhelmed or swept away by that awakening.

When you are in that situation you can experience anxiety, creativity flourishes but it is difficult to put it into action or choose what to materialize first.

Starting many things and not finishing them can be an indication of this type of situation. In these moments, the priority is to reconnect with the process and with enjoyment, which restores calm and order the chaos a little.

Creativity is related to chaos. In structures that are too inflexible, the creative does not find a place, because it is change and transformation and for that, there must be certain flexibility that allows it. However, the devastating chaos, without dams to contain it, can at the same time paralyze us, leaving us absorbed in that world and unable to pass into material reality.

The connection with the sensory can serve this purpose, return to matter, to the body, and to the processes that allow us to carry out these ideas.

Choosing is the first challenge. Separate, single out, individualize an idea, an occurrence, an intuition, and carry it out. Materializing implies conceiving the necessary steps to get closer to what we imagine. As much as the fact of materializing implies a transformation and you will experience your own changes along the way.

Starting a circuit where each step enables the next is a good way to raise awareness of the process and help us sustain it. The obstacles that arise are learning that will have to be assimilated or overcome and are an essential part of the process.

The work of framing creativity is important in order to experience a satisfying and enjoyable experience. Otherwise, this tributary can generate such anxiety that later creative display is defensively avoided for fear of that anxious feeling that you do not know how to handle.

Writing down the ideas can be a tool that reduces the initial anxiety so that later you can choose what to start with.

Creativity, when it awakens, brings us infinite possibilities for development and change, and has effects in all areas of our lives. Balancing it is essential to be able to contain that flow and go through the process without succumbing.
