The amended provisions of the constitution through the 43rd Constitutional Amendment-
1. Reconciliation of jurisdiction of Supreme Courts and High Courts in respect of judicial review and issue of writs.
2. The power of Parliament to make laws in respect of anti-national activities was removed.
