Fourth Constitutional Amendment Act, 1955
The amended provisions of the constitution through the Fourth Constitutional Amendment-
1. Quantum of compensation to be paid in lieu of compulsory acquisition of personal property excluded from court scrutiny.
2. Right to the states to nationalize any business.
3. Addition of some more Acts in the Ninth Schedule.
4. Extension to the scope of article 31A (saving of laws).
