Take,

L.C.M of 6,8,15 = 120

Let,

Total number of students = 120  (Because our L.C.M are 120)

Students are from commerce background = [(1/6)*120]

Students are from commerce background = 20

Students are from science background = [(1/8)*120]

Students are from science background = 15

Students are from Engineering background = [(1/15)*120]
