Gaya -

Gaya is situated at a distance of 100 kms from Patna. It is a holy pilgrimage place for Hindus. Vishnupad temple is prominent in Gaya. According to legends, this temple has been built on the footprints of Lord Vishnu. The Pitrupaksha fair here is very famous in the country and the world. The Pretshila mountain of Gaya is visible which is situated near the Falgu river. Lord Buddha, the founder of Buddhism, attained enlightenment in Gaya, which is 17 km from the place (Bodh Gaya) Gaya. Is located at a distance.

Patna -

Patna, the capital of Bihar, is situated on the banks of the Ganges and Son rivers. Its ancient name is Pataliputra. The major centers of tourist attraction in Patna are Sanjay Gandhi Javik Udyan, Bihar Museum, Golghar, Buddha Smriti Park, Hanuman Mandir, Badi Patan Devi, Choti Patan Devi Temple, Agam Kuan, Kumhrar, Qila House, Shaheed Smarak, Eko Park, Planetarium etc. is major. Patna is a major pilgrimage site for Sikh devotees as it is believed to be the birthplace of the last Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh.

Rajgir -

Rajgir is made up of seven hills Chhathgiri, Ratnagiri, Shailgiri, Songiri, Udayagiri, Vaibhargiri and Vipulgiri. It is 102 km from Patna and 15 km from Nalanda. Is located at a distance. There is some religion like Jain, Buddhist or Hindu temple on every hill here. The main centers of famous tourist attractions of Rajgir are Son Bhandar, Magadha King Jarasandha's arena, hot water pools (Brahma Kund and Makhdoom Kund), Vishwa Shanti Stupa.

Vaishali –

Vaishali is the birth place of Lord Mahavir. Ashoka Pillar, Buddhist Stupa, Vishwa Shanti Stupa are the major centers of attraction in Vaishali.

Sitamarhi -

Sitamarhi is famous as the birthplace of Sita. The main tourist places of Sitamarhi are Janaki Sthan Temple, Urbija Kund, Haleshwar Sthan, Panth Pakad, Bagahi Math etc.

Jal Mandir, Pawapuri –

Situated in the village of Pawapuri in the state of Bihar, there is a holy temple of Jainism which is known as Jalmandir. It is one of the most sacred places for the followers of Jainism.
