The amended provisions of the Constitution through the 95th Constitutional Amendment-

Provision has been made to extend the special reservation for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Anglo-Indians in the Lok Sabha and State Assemblies for the next 10 years (by 2020).
