The amended provisions of the Constitution through the 30th Constitutional Amendment-
In a civil rights-related matter, the need for Rs 20,000 for an appeal to the Supreme Court was abolished and it was ruled that only if there is a matter of genuine interpretation of the law, then the appeal can be made to the Supreme Court.
