The amended provisions of the constitution through the 38th Constitutional Amendment-
1. Declaration of emergency by the President declared non-disputable.
2. Ordinances issued by the President, Governor, and Administrators of Union Territories declared non-litigation.
3. The President was given the power to make various declarations of national emergency on different grounds.
