Thirty-fifth Constitutional Amendment, 1974
The amended provisions of the constitution through the 35th constitutional amendment-
Dismissing the protection system of Sikkim, it was made an ally of the Indian Union. The 10th Schedule was added to the service conditions for the inclusion of Sikkim in the Indian Union.
