Thirty-ninth Constitutional Amendment, 1975
The amended provisions of the Constitution through the 39th Constitutional Amendment-
1. Disputes relating to the President, Vice President, Prime Minister and Speaker of the Lok Sabha were kept out of the jurisdiction of the Court. All these will be determined by the authority prescribed by the Parliament.
2.Adjustment of some Central Acts in the Ninth Schedule.
