Twenty-five Constitutional Amendment, 1971
The amended provisions of the Constitution through the 25th Constitutional Amendment-
1. Reduction in the fundamental right to property.
2. No law made to give effect to the Directive Principles referred to in Article 39(b) or (c) shall be challenged on the ground of infringement of the rights guaranteed by Article 31.
